Primrose Hill Cricket Club is a member of the Middlesex Colts Association and regulated by the Middlesex Cricket Board. The club's professional coaching staff are managed by parents and other volunteers.

Fees and donations to the club are spent on the day-to-day running costs of the club including pitch hire, match fees, coaching fees and the purchase of cricket equipment.

Any surplus of funds will be allocated at the discretion of the members to (i) support the participation at the club of those unable to afford the coaching fees and (ii) encourage cricket in the community in general. The club is run as a non profit organisation.
